1- Smith machine close stands (heels raised) squats - super slow
2- Half squats (to the bench...seat and rest for 3 seconds) -wide stands
3- Barbell squats
4- Barbell alternate LONG lunges
5- Smith machine half squats (to LOW decline bench)
6- Smith machine squats - slow, low...
7- Front squats
8- Leg Press (high angle) pushing with heels, 3 seconds pause on the bottom
9- Leg extensions - 3 seconds squeeze at the top
10- Leg Press - pushing with toes only...super slow
11- Sissy squats on the hack machine
12- "Sumo squats" on the hack - all the way down and onlyhalf way up...
13-Barbell SHORT lunges
14- Smith machine squats - super wide stands - super slow reps
15- Hack machine squats
16- Leg press - (only exercise we did with 20 reps, super fast...everything else was 10 reps each)
Total of 190 reps (lunges would be 10 each leg...)
