I would share the tips which I have adopted to keep my self fit and active. Good health requires some work to do like,
1. Take a good sleep of 6 or 7 hours at night.
2. Get up early in the morning and go in the fresh air.
3. Drink a lot of water.
4. Avoid Smoking.
5. Do not use drugs.
6. Avoid oily and faty foods.
7. Join Gym or do some kind of sports daily.
8. Have some gap in your meals.
9. Do not drink alcoholic drinks.
10.Sleep on time.
