Ahmad Haidar is an IFBB professional bodybuilder nicknamed, "Abzilla", due to his amazing abdominals. He entered the professional bodybuilding ranks in 1997 by winning the World Amateur Championships. His first IFBB competition was the following year at the 1998 Olympia where he did not place. In 2000 he competed in his first Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic, placing 12th. Two years later, in 2002, he competed in his second Mr. Olympia, placing 13th. Ahmad has been featured in many fitness, muscle and body building magazines. He currently resides Florida.
