neminovno je da je pokretljivost (razgibanost) mnogo vazna u borenju.
evo jedne dobre knjige koja pokriva tu oblast..

Trenirao sam ranije karate. Razgibanost nogu je neverovatno bitna. Ko nema razgibane noge i slabo radi nozne tehnike, nema apsolutno nikakve sanse u borbi.

ista stvar je u svim borilackim sportovima ne mogu ruke i tijelo pratit tempo ako noge nisu spremne

da li neko moze da repostuje ovo, hteo bih da skinem ovu knjigu i ako ima neko neku drugu od pavela molio bih ako bi mogao da okaci
