Well, this past Saturday, March 15th, 2008, Jay went to Toronto, Canada to do a seminar and guest pose at an event that our good friend Val organized.  Over 4 months of prep went into this even and the results were amazing!  To say the event was a success would be an understatement.  The venue held 600 people and 586 came, some people actually purchased tickets but did not show up, if they did, the place would have been over the limit.

Jay said that he had never seen that many people show up for a seminar, it was incredible.  The energy was high as you could possibly imagine and the crowd was great.  He then guest posed and f course went into the crowd as he always do. 

We have already received loads of e mails from fans that were there telling us how nice and approachable Jay was and how glad they were that he went to Canada to visit them.

Flex was lucky enough to have pics taken by Glen E Grant, he did a great job documenting the event and Flex is very grateful for his contribution.
