Poz,jel moguce da se na 5 g uh i 2 g p stoji, 78 kg 20.tog  ,78 kg  danas...

Nemoguce da je metabolizam toliko lud i da ja odem u pretreniranost i katabolizam na 2 g prot ... jeste da je 5x sedmicno, 2x traps,2x list  ali neverovatno je... sta sad,da idem sa 7g UH... ili  ,sto se tice jelovnika..

1.5 jaja +300 g kromp
2.100 g rize +125 tune
3. 150 g piletine + 100 g testenina
trening
4. 100 g rize+ 125 g tune
5.150 g piletine  + 100 g testenine
6.200 g sir

uzmite u obzir da je 5 i 6 obrok oko 23h i 2h...

testeninu menjam sa kukuruzom npr umesto 100 g testenine idem sa 150 g kukuruza,takodje imam prostora jos za nekih 50tak g badema i da dignem na 120 g rize u oba obroka i da kreneem sa 125 g testenine u oba obroka a kasnije cak i na 150g testenine, prostora za proteine da idu gore nemam a i samo mi to fali da ja idem sa 2,5 g prot po kg...

kroz par dana bi trebao da ide i merica,merica ipo wheya posle treninga i 50 tak g dexa...

a sto ne bi bilo moguce
i sto testetnina i sto kurkurz?
ako ces da se hranis kako netreba onda jedi pizze i bureke i nemoj da racunas Uh
mislim jbg..
uznosi 500 gr Uh iz krompira i princa i unosi 2.2-2.5 gr B po tj 180-200 gr B dnevno pa da vidis kao se raste!!!!

i ja sam se prevario kad koristim testeninu (spagete) kao izvor uh? ...kukuruz sam isao 1x u sedmici da zamenim testeninu ... nisam  bazirao ishranu na kukuruzu.

da sam na tvom mestu povecao bih kolicinu mesa...imas samo 300 grama za ceo dan,ljudi jedu i po 2 kile :) ...ako ti finansije dozvole dizi to na 1kg bar ....(tunu ne racunam u to...)

Ako vec ima 5 jaja za dorucak i sir pred spavanje,mislim da mu je dovoljno recimo 700 g mesa...

dobro i ja ga malo pretera,kada se zalio da ne moze napreduje...ali svakako da je 300 grama mesa malo...

da mi fin. dozvoljavaju ne bi jeo smrdljivu tunjevinu  :) uglavnom shvatio sam sta da radim sa uh i to me je i interesovalo,hvala na savetima :)

pa dobro ona je u slobodnoj prodaji 1,70 km (odnosno oko 0,90 eur.) :) a ja uzimam 20 kom za 5-6 eura.mada poskupice sada malo :)
