DAY 7
1) HALF ALL CARBS FROM PREVIOUS WEEK
2) REPLACE CALORIES LOST FROM THE CARBS WITH CALORIES FROM FATS AND PROTEIN,YOU ARE CARB DEPLETING NOT CALORIE DEPLETING
3) BY THIS TIME YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING ABOUT 8 LITERS OF WATER A DAY
4) TAKE 2 GRAMS OF VIT-C
5) KEEP SODIUM (SALT) IN DIET UNTIL 48 HOURS BEFORE YOU STAND ONSTAGE

SAME AS DAY 7
DAY 5

1) 8 LITRES OF WATER
2) 1 BAKED POTATO EVERY HOUR,FROM WAKING TO BEDTIME
3) THREE 8oz TURKEY STEAKS FOR DAY'S PROTEIN,NO OTHER PROTEIN TAKEN AT THIS POINT
4) 3 BANANAS FOR INCREASING POTASSIUM LEVELS
5) TAKE 5 GRAMS OF VIT-C
6) KEEP IN SODIUM (i.e.- ADD SALT,SEASONING) THIS WILL BE LAST DAY OF KEEPING IN ADDED SODIUM
DAY 3
1) 8-10 LITRES OF WATER
2) 1 BAKED POTATO EVERY ONE AND A HALF HOURS
3) FOUR 8oz TURKEY STEAKS FOR DAY PROTEIN
4) 3 BANANAS
5) 7 GRAMS OF VIT-C
DAY 2
THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW:
1) 8-10 LITRES OF WATER
2) BAKED POTATO EVERY 2 HOURS. STOP THE POTATOS AT NOON ON THIS DAY,YOU SHOULD BE CARBED UP BY NOW,JUST LEAVING THE FINISHING TOUCHES OF DRYING OUT
3)FROM NOON ALL YOU EAT IS PROTEIN AND BANANAS,EAT 8oz TURKEY BREAST EVERY 3 HOURS
4) 10 GRAMS OF VIT-C
5) LAST THING AT NIGHT HAVE APPROX 220 GRAMS OF STEAK
DAY 1 SHOWDAY
WATER : CUT BACK FOR 2 LITRES FOR THE DAY,YOU WILL BE USED TO EXPELLING LARGE AMOUNTS OF WATER. THIS MECHANISM WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY AND THEREFORE DRY YOU OUT WHEN YOU REDUCE YOUR WATER INTAKE
HAVE HALF POUND OF FILLET STEAK FOR BREAKFAST ,AND THEN AN 8oz TURKEY STEAK EVERY 3 HOURS

1 HOUR BEFORE GOING ON STAGE DRINK A GLASS OF DRY WHITE WINE (THIS ACTS AS A MILD DIURETIC)
