lepo kaze big, svi su mesani, ja sam mezo-endo....vrlo siroka ramena, jake kosti, veliki grudni kos, velika misicna masa cak i bez teretane, mada se na drugu stranu lako gojim, i zadrzavam vodu sto je vise mana endomorfa.

Mesan si sigurno, postuj sliku pa cu da ti kazem bez problema, uostalom, evo opisa ako znas engleski !

da vam iskreno kazem ne vjerujem bas u te body tipove
ja volim onu staru eat sleep and train
iako mi se dopao ovaj rezultat :wink:

a vjerujte mi mene spasava to sto imam dobru genetiku ima nesto nedostataka ali da se to sve popraviti
