nikada nisam imao neku specijalnu ishranu, uglanom sam jeo meso a i sve ostalo i naravno trenirao

suplementi kreatin, vitamini, 2kante proteina i gejnera koji mi bas nisu prijali, i to bi bilo to za 2 godine treninga
i naravno da pohvalim forum je najbolji na svetu! mnogo sam naucio i shvatio da nisam imao pojma ni o ishrani ni suplementima a kamoli o aas
