Evo ti pa izvuci sebi vezbe koje hoces.Vezbe radis do 4 serije,od 8 do 12 ponavljanja.Za vece misice (grudi,ledja,noge) po 4 vezbe,za manje (biceps,triceps) po 3-tako ja radim.
