a koliko si tezak ? kakve su ti dnevne aktivnosti ? koji ti je cilj ? ako ti je cilj nabacivanje misicne mase, 270-300gr uh bi trebala da ti bude gornja granica,
tezak 72 kg na 181 cm ,pre nekoliko mesec pre 3-4 meseca imao sam 75 ali sam smrsao prvenstveno zbog leta nisam mogao se pravilno hranit,i sada skola pa zbog smene ne mogu da se pravilno hranim, ali sad hocu to da dovedem u red!cilj m je da se udebljam do 80 kg !
200g pro,300g uh,60g masti ovo je odprilike probaj tako pa prati ogledalo i metar krojacki moj predlog ti je da se meris na svakih 10 dana

kad je nabolje uzeti obrok posle treninga...ako odmah nako treninga uzmem 2 merice wheya???:):)
