What does your training involve?Weights, also cardio training like running, jump rope and swimming
What does your diet normally consist of?Breakfast: I eat everything but usually egg and sausage
Lunch: Potatoes, pork chops and tomatoes
Dinner: Depends - sandwiches, steaks, chicken and a lot of sweets
What made you want to become a strongman?I tried lifting weights and I felt I was a strong kid and a couple of my friends told me to try it so I did and I proved good and since that time I was competing in Poland and winning, so I tried different competitions out of the country and achieved a lot so stayed with the sport.
How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?I started lifting when I was 12 years old, my first competition was when I was 17 years old. In strongman my first competition was 11 years ago.
What is your greatest strongman achievement?5 times WSM winner
How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?Some how I have to, dont know how but I do it
What is the worst injury you have ever had?Worst injury is this year torn bicep that I had early this year
What are your plans after your strongman career?Doubt about my plans still, trying not to think about that, time will show, I am still competing
What has been your biggest dissapointment whilst training as a strongman?In 2006 when I lost to Phil Phister, you probably seen that
What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?Train hard, eat and train
What is your favourite strongman event and why?All events I like in ways as I am good in every one of them
Which past strongman do you admire now & why?Magnus ver magnusson was a very nice guy and strong he won 4 times, I was following in his steps and I did it
Which current strongman do you admire now & why?Myself!
How do you prepare yourself for major events?I sleep, train and try to stay in focus
What is your favourite other sporting event?Motorsport (cars), boxing and UFC fighting
What do you do to relax? Do you have any hobbies?I relax at home in front of TV with good movie

What would be your favourite type of holiday and destination?Christmas is my favourite, I can spend it anywhere as long as its with my family

What personal achievement are you most proud of?Of myself that I have achieved so much in short time
