izvinjavam se shto dizem temu iz mrtvih ali mislio sam da cje vas ovo zanimati..... Ovo je odgovor na mail koji sam uputio Natrolu:
Yohimbine content is 0.1%. Based on this analysis and with the current recommended serving of 1 capsule up to 3 times daily, this product would provide about 0.5 mg-1.5 mg of yohimbine per day.
Yohimbine bioavailability
The oral bioavailability of yohimbine is variable. Bioavailability is the percentage of a drug/supplement that is detected in the blood circulation after its administration. Low bioavailability can be attributed to poor absorption or inadequate passage into the systemic circulation. Often times, a first pass effect through the liver will result in a large percentage of clearance of the drug/supplement before it enters circulation.
Researchers have reported that yohimbine has an approximate bioavailability of 22-33% (some subjects had bioavailability ranging from 7% to 87%). There are individual variables that affect absorption and excretion which is why there is often a large range for bioavailability. Researchers have speculated that the low-moderate oral bioavailability of yohimbine may reflect either incomplete absorption from the gastrointestinal tract or a first pass effect through the liver.
This is why a multiple dosing regimen is often recommended for yohimbe (e.g., Natrol Yohimbe recommends 1 capsule up to 3 times daily).
