Miloš Šarčev je na svom forumu nedavno postavio sledeći, po meni vrlo zanimljiv komentar.
Preveo sam ga za Vas, ali dajem i originalnu verziju na engleskom jeziku, kako ništa nebi promaklo.
Miloš Šarčev:Već neko vrijeme govorim o tome, ali mislim da nikada nijesam TAČNO ovdje na svom forumu iznio svoje mišljenje oko budućnosti industrije suplemenata.
Potpuno sam ubjeđen da će AMINO KISELINE u potpunosti nadvladati industriju PROTEINA… naravno za to će biti potrebno vrijeme… ali vrlo brzo će se publikovati informacije i vrlo jasno pokazati da IMA SMISLA uzimati TAČNE amino kiseline potrebne za fiziološke ili metaboličke zahtijeve – prije nego li uzimanje puno PROTEINA ili HRANE BOGATE PROTEINIMA kako bi se unijele te određene amino kiseline…
Kako pišem ovaj post tako shvatam da se još nijesam u potpunosti izrazio – tako da ce ovo biti moje pretskazanje, "The Mind - Nostradamus of Nutritional Supplementation Future:
AMINO KISELINE PREUZIMAJU!O čemu govorim?
Bez da otkrijem previše (nakon svega to je MOJE istraživanje na kojem sam proveo godine…) da li ste se ikada zapitali ZAŠTO vam treba toliko proteina SVAKOG DANA?
Dakle?
Šta je razlog što mi, sportisti… posebno BODYBUILDERI uzimamo toliko više proteina od ljudi koji vrijeme provode sjedeći?
Dakle, čak i oni – obični ljudi koji NE ŽELE da izgrade šampionsko tijelo, već da samo ostanu zdravi … ZBOG ČEGA ONI UNOSE TOLIKO PUNO PROTEINA u svojim programima prehrane.
Zašto FDA ističe apsolutno minimalnu kolicinu (RDA – preporučena dnevna kolicina) proteina potrebnih u dnevnoj prehrani ljudi – DA BI PREŽIVLJELI? (Primjedba – RDA nije OPTIMALNI NIVO bilo kojeg nutrijenta… to je preporučena količna pojedinog nutrijenta potrebnog za preživljavanje… ili MINIMALNA POTREBNA KOLIČINA… imam toliko diskusija sa ljudima kada im saopštim koliko proteina im preporučujem a pri tom oni tu kolicinu porede sa RDA…)
……DAKLE… ZAŠTO…?... Bilo ko?
OK, pošto ste svi jako mirni (Čekam vas cijelu vječnost/makar jedan minut/ i izgubio sam strpljenje tako da ću vam reci…) Ja kažem:
ZBOG TOGA jer mi zaista ne trebamo toliko PROTEINA ali mi ga unosimo i čekamo da naše tijelo rasparča taj PROTEIN u dijelove koje su esencijalno sastavljene od različitih tipova proteina = AMINO KISELINAMA… gradivnih blokova proteina. Pravih CIGLI ljudskog hrama!Tako, ako se slažemo da su AMINO KISELINE prije nego li PROTEIN (per se) razlog zašto jedemo/pijemo/unosimo naše dnevne potrebe proteina (izvori kao što su meso, jaja, mliječni proizvodi, morski plodovi, proteini biljaka) ili pak uzimamo proteinske šejkove, MRP šejkove… ŠTA BISTE VI REKLI ako bih vam rekao da je MOŽDA – naše tijelo dobija potrebne amino kiseline (koje su povremeno nedovoljne ili samo dijelimične).. ali SA TIM da naše tijelo MORA PRIHVATITI takođe RAZNOVRSNOST (nekada VELIKE KOLIČINE) drugih nutrijenata koji ne samo da će biti nevažni - vež što je i gore – potencijalno kontraproduktivnim… ili bih trebao reći – štetnih, opasnih… A PRI TOM I NESIKORIŠĆENIH? Rekao sam “mora prihvatiti” jer mi smo ti koji uzimamo neki izvor proteina – a pri tom NE uzimamo u obzir DA MOŽDA - da uzmemo cent – mi ne moramo nužno razbiti MILION dolara… Mogli bi uzeti kovanicu od pet centi i razbiti je na po jedan cent – kao najefikasniji način da dobijemo ono što želimo (u ovom slučaju – cent!).
Zar ne bi bilo logično da UKOLIKO znamo koju kolicinu i koju vrstu amino kiselina mi zaita trebamo dnevno – bilo za naše fiziološke, anatomske, metaboličke potrebe… I našem tijelu damo
TAČNU FORMULU I KOLICINU koja je potrebna – bez “ostataka”…

Uvjeravam vas da ZNATI ODREĐENE STVARI oko količine amino kiselina – može napraviti veliku razliku…
Mnoge stvari možemo postići prostom implementacijom tačnih amino kiselina u pravo vrijeme… Mnoge DIVNE STVARI bih rekao…

I am whole heartedly convinced that AMINO ACIDS will completely overcome PROTEIN industry...off course it will take time...but soon more and more published data will surface which will with crystal clarity show that MAKES SENSE to take EXACT amino acids needed for whatever physiological or metabolic demand - rather than taking so much PROTEIN or PROTEIN RICH FOODS to get those specific amino acids....
As I was writing in this thread I realized that I probably didn't express myself yet - so if I didn't let this be my official prediction of "The Mind - Nostradamus of Nutritional Supplementation Future " :

Well, without disclosing too much (as after all it is MY research I spent years on...) did you really ask yourself WHY do you take so much protein EVERY DAY?

What is the reason that we, the athletes...especially BODYBUILDERS take so much more protein than sedentary individuals..?
Well, even them - regular folks that would NOT want to build championship physique but just stay healthy...WHY DO THEY TAKE SO MUCH PROTEIN in their diet?
Why is FDA issuing absolute necessary minimal amount (RDA - Recommended Daily Allowance) of protein needed in daily nutrition of humans - TO SURVIVE? [Note - RDA is not OPTIMAL LEVEL of any nutrient...it is Recommended amount of each particular nutrient necessary for survival...or MINIMAL AMOUNT NEEDED...I have so many arguments with people when I tell them how much protein I recommend and they compare that amount with RDA...)
....YEAH.......WHY...? Anyone...?
OK, as all of you are quiet (I've been waiting forever /at least one minute/ and lost patience so I have to spill it out for you...) I will suggest:
BECAUSE we don't really need that PROTEIN we are eating but we are waiting that our body breaks down that PROTEIN into particles that are essentially constituents of various different kinds of proteins = AMINO ACIDS...building blocks of protein. True BRICKS of the Human Temple!So, if we agree that AMINO ACIDS rather than PROTEIN (per se) is the reason why we are eating/drinking/taking our daily portion of protein (sources like meats, eggs, dairy products, seafood, vegetable proteins...) or taking whatever choice of protein shake or "meal replacement" shake...WHAT WOULD YOU SAY if I tell you that MAYBE - our body gets amount of necessary amino acids (that is sometimes rather insufficient or partial)...but WITH THAT our body MUST ACCEPT also VARIETY (sometimes LARGE QUANTITY) of other nutrients which might not only be unimportant - but what's worse - potentially counterproductive...or should I go as far as - damaging, dangerous...A WASTE!? I say "must accept" as we are the ones taking whatever source of protein is our choice of the day - NOT considering that MAYBE we - to get a penny - we didn't necessarily have to convert a MILLION bucks...We could take a Nickle and exchange it into 5 pennies - as THE MOST EFFICIENT way to get what we want (in this example - a penny!)
Would it be logical that IF we know what amount and kind of amino acids we really need daily - for whatever physiological, anatomical, metabolic demand...and we give our body
EXACT FORMULA AND AMOUNT needed - with no "left overs"...
After all if you want today's newspapers would you buy whole year's subscription and 365 issues instead of ONE you are looking for...
I can assure you that KNOWING CERTAIN THINGS amount aminos - can do a whole lot of difference...
Many things we can accomplish by simple implementation of correct amino acids taken at correct times...Many WONDERFUL THINGS I should say...but...it is Sunday and Wonderful Day outside...so I will part away from my protein particles I was going to talk about...
Particularly because afternoon is part of the day when I particularly part my parts into particular particle partially participating in (sunday afternoon) party...(?!?!) OK - time to go...With exception of my last sentence I was SERIOUS...and than partially lost it...par-don me...
