Part IV is how yoga is designed for a man's special needs. This covers all phases of a man's life. There are special concerns here that apply specifically to men and men's bodies. Yoga and a man's sex life is detailed and highly beneficial reading. There is also a section on partnered or co-worker exercises one can do with a friend.
The yoga exercises for all body parts is detailed. Those with back and heart problems will find those sections interesting and helpful reading.
All in all, it would be hard to find a more accurate Yoga book on the contemporary scene than this one, for this book has some of the most developed information and how to photographs available. If you are a man interested in what Yoga can do for you, give this book a look. You won't regret reading it and there is much to learn.
