Evo ja sam kontaktirao biohemicara iz Nanoxa da nam pojasni. Postavicu samo ovaj dio o aromama, da ne bih duljio previse.
Let’s start with the flavours
You have an immense range of flavours for flavouring your product. I remember that only of vanilla you already have more than 200 different products.
We always try as much as possible to use natural flavouring. For some products this is not possible, but you have three kinds of flavours:
- Natural flavor substances, which are derived from plants or animal raw material eventually modified by physical, microbiological of enzymatical processes. These are the best to use but also the most expensive.
- Nature-indentical flavouring substances, obtained by synthesis or isolated through chemical processes, but it are substances which are indentical to the natural molecules which are responsible for the flavor
- Arificial flavouring substances, which of course are 100% synthetical molecules, not present in nature, but sometimes mimicking natural flavors.
So, what’s in our products:
- Chocolate: only cacao powder and real chocolate powder (flavour), so a complete natural product
- Vanilla: contains real burbon vanilla, so also 100% natural
- Cappuccino: coffe and cacao powder, again 100% natural
- Strawberry: strawberry extract, modified flavor. Not totally natural but as close by as possible in order really to taste to fresh strawberries
